Out of a deep conviction for the importance of nature conservation, species protection and closeness to nature, we would like to set an example and actively do something about bee mortality.
For this reason we decided to establish our own bee colonies on our premises and plant native flowers, shrubs and trees in the gardens of the hotel. We should actively protect honeybees and wild bees, provide them with food and a habitat.
Of our ten bee colonies, eight have already moved in and are already busy collecting nectar and pollen. The last two colonies will be settled on our premises next week.
We will be able to offer our own honey to our guests.
Until the opening of the hotel in spring 2019 the bees still have a lot of time to do their job, and we are looking forward to trying it out with you.
